? About Pantheon Development:
Pantheon Development is a leading real estate developer specializing in affordable luxury properties in Dubai. With a strong track record of successfully launching 8 projects in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and a reputation for high-quality, community-focused developments, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. Our energetic team is passionate about innovation, excellence, and creating lasting relationships with our stakeholders.
Role Purpose
Pantheon's real estate campaigns depend on visual output that is fast, consistent, and credible to HNW buyers, investors, and broker networks — brochures, launch collateral, digital and social content, sales tools, and experiential materials, in Arabic and English, across multiple live projects at once.
This role owns the translation of brand and campaign strategy into finished creative: it exists to reduce turnaround time on campaign assets, protect brand consistency across projects and channels, and reduce Pantheon's dependency on external agencies for day-to-day production without sacrificing craft quality.
The Art Director is the execution owner. Brand vision and creative platform sit with the CMO and Creative Director; this role is accountable for concept development through final production across every project it touches.
CANDIDATE MUST READY TO RECLOCATE TO DUBAI
Position in the Organization
- Reports to the CMO for commercial priorities, resourcing, and workload sequencing across projects.
- Works to creative standards, brand guidelines, and quality bar set by the Creative Director, who reviews and signs off on major creative direction.
- Leads a small in-house design team (or manages freelance/agency extensions where headcount doesn't cover peak load) and is the primary point of contact for sales, marketing, and project leads on visual deliverables.
Core Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity Execution
- Build, apply, and defend Pantheon's brand identity and visual guidelines across every live project, ensuring consistency across digital,
print, and experiential touchpoints.
- Translate strategic and campaign briefs into visual concepts aligned to each project's positioning (waterfront, master-planned, ultra-luxury, etc.) and target buyer segment.
Campaign & Content Production
- Own end-to-end concept development and production for brochures, launch presentations, digital campaigns, social content, and sales collateral.
- Direct photoshoots, videography, lifestyle content, and promotional media, coordinating talent, locations, and vendors.
- Deliver bilingual Arabic-English brand assets with attention to typographic precision and cultural relevance — not translated afterthoughts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with sales, marketing, and project leads to align creative output with commercial goals (lead quality, absorption, broker enablement) — not just aesthetic polish.
- Support pitch and proposal development for new project launches and broker/investor presentations.
Production & Vendor Management
- Manage press-ready file preparation, liaise with printers, fabricators, and production partners, and own quality control on every physical and digital deliverable.
- Manage timelines and workflows across concurrent projects to prevent bottlenecks at launch-critical moments.
Team Leadership
- Mentor junior designers on craft, brand consistency, and production standards.
- Where the team scales, take ownership of creative resourcing decisions in consultation with the CMO.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 6–10 years in art direction/creative design, with a minimum of 3 years directly in real estate or luxury property marketing (developer-side or agency,
developer-side preferred).
- Demonstrated ownership of brand identity and campaign creative for at least one flagship project comparable in scale to a master-planned community or ultra-luxury residential launch.
- Bilingual Arabic-English fluency, with proven ability to produce (not just translate) culturally fluent creative in both languages.
- Full command of production workflow: concept to press-ready file, vendor liaison, and quality control — this is a hands-on production role, not a strategy-only seat.
- Portfolio evidence of brochures, launch campaigns, and digital/social creative for premium or luxury brands.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior designers.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Agency-side training (network agency background — Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, or equivalent — is a strong signal of craft discipline and pitch-readiness).
- 3D visualization, motion, or experiential/exhibition design capability — valuable for flagship launches, sales lounges, or activations beyond standard campaign collateral.
- Prior exposure to broker network materials or investor-facing (as opposed to purely consumer-facing) creative.
Success Measures
- Commercial: campaign asset turnaround time against launch deadlines; reduction in external agency spend on recurring production work.
- Brand: consistency of visual identity application across projects, measured via periodic brand audit against guidelines.
- Operational: on-time delivery rate for print/production milestones; vendor quality control incident rate.
- Team: retention and development of junior design talent; Creative Director sign-off rate on first-pass concepts (a proxy for briefing and craft alignment).
