Sales & Market Execution Responsibilities

- Planning & executing activities to achieve the sales target
- Collection of outstanding payments
- Escalate unsolved issues with respect to pricing, schemes, servicing, and support to the Area Sales Manager and ensure timely redressal

Market Intelligence & Coordination

- Provide market data regarding current construction activities, dealer feedback, and requirements to the TSD team
- Closely coordinate with the TSD team for executing required interventions and ensure customer conversion to our brand, leading to higher sales volume
- Oversee marketing activities at dealers/sales counters and apprise the marketing department about the quality of services and support required to enable higher counter sales




- Provide unmatched proactive services to dealers/sub-dealers and offer various comparative analyses aimed at increasing the volume to be lifted
- Proactively collect market information including:
- Competitor pricing
- Ongoing schemes
- Market trends
- Perception about our brand and its market reach
- Share insights regularly with the Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Logistics & Supply Coordination

- Closely coordinate with the Logistics team, C&F; agents, and dealers to ensure timely delivery of materials
