• Manage sales and execution across assigned DMart & Vishal Mega Mart stores.
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
- Ensure optimum product availability, shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and secondary displays.
- Coordinate with store teams and distributors for timely replenishment and order execution.
- Execute promotions, new product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and in-store activations.
- Maintain healthy inventory and minimize stock-outs.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
Desired Candidate
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of Modern Trade sales experience in FMCG/Food/Nutraceuticals.
- Hands-on experience managing DMart and/or Vishal Mega Mart stores is mandatory and will be highly preferred.
- Robust relationships with store teams and distributors.
- Good communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
