Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive monthly primary & secondary sales targets.
- Execute marketing campaigns and product detailing through field teams.
- Ensure market coverage as per tour and coverage plans.
- Handle escalations from distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews, forecast accurately, and maintain market hygiene.
- Recruit, train, and motivate field force to minimize attrition.
