Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Andheri - Mumbai

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets for the territory
- Manage key accounts and acquire new clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends, competition and pricing
- Work on timely delivery of product and meet customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key customers
- Work as a team member collaborating and assisting Team to achieve desired objectives
- Visit exhibitions to understand trends and map strategies accordingly
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely solutions
- Work closely with Marketing and Technical teams on application development




- Participate and attend sales calls, and support sales department associates to ensure all sales files, necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully
- Handling Sales for existing/new range of the products

Required Skills:

- Good technical understanding of ingredients functionality
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Result-oriented with territory planning capability

Required Qualification:

- Any Graduation

Salary: Up to 12.00 LPA
