TGC Staffing is hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing company for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand market presence.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional with strong experience in Channel Sales, Dealer & Distributor Management, and Business Development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with channel partners across the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Furniture Manufacturers (OEMs), Dealers, Distributors, and Channel Partners.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, OEMs, dealers, distributors, and key influencers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Organize Dealer Meets, Architect Meets, Carpenter Meets, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.




- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders, dispatches, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and customer engagement programs.
- Travel across India as required for business development and customer meetings.

Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong experience in Dealer & Distributor Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Experience using CRM tools will be an added advantage.
