1. Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
2. Current market development and Convert into our dealers/distributors.
3. Comprehensive promotion, marketing, network development, and sales experience including, meeting consultant and managing the distributors.
4. Extend the area of operations in line with the business requirement
5. Motivating the Sales Team to achieve the targeted volumes and close coordination with team members
6.Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting, and reporting to Sale Manager. 7.Present technical information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to customers/clients.
8.Develop and manage an efficient distribution network for sales.
9.Managing, training, motivating, and developing existing sales teams to drive revenue growth.
1. At least 5 year of experience in Feed, Feed Supplements & feed additives Sales.
