Referral Marketing Executive

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare referral marketing.

- Candidates with experience in doctor relations, hospital marketing, or business development will be preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Physicians (GPs), specialists, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers.

- Generate patient referrals through regular field visits and relationship-building activities.

- Promote the hospital's specialties, services, and consultants to referral partners.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for referred patients.

- Organize health camps, CMEs,



awareness programs, and promotional activities.

- Maintain referral records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.

- Identify new referral opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.

- Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
