NArea Sales Manager General Trade (ASM-GT) | FMCG | New Launch

NLocation: Nagpur (Handling Vidarbha Region)

NExperience: Minimum 7 -10 Years as ASM in entire Vidarbha

NIndustry: FMCG

NCTC: Maximum gross up to 9 LPA + DA

NRoles & Responsibilities

- Lead the successful launch of recent FMCG products across Vidarbha.
N
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.
N
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to strengthen the distribution network.
N
- Increase numeric distribution, outlet coverage, and market penetration.
N
- Drive retailer activation, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
N
- Lead and mentor Sales Officers/TSIs to improve market execution and productivity.
N
- Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
N
- Monitor stock availability, distributor ROI, and collection efficiency.
N
- Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition.
N
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
N

nDesired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
N
- Minimum 5-10 years of FMCG sales experience in the General Trade channel.
N
- Minimum 2 years of teamhandling experience as ASM or equivalent.
N
- Strong exposure to distributor appointment and market expansion.
N
- Experience handling theVidarbha market is mandatory.
N
- Exposure to new productlaunches will be an added advantage.
N
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
N
- Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
N

nPreferred Locations

NCandidates currently handling or having experience in Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Chandrapur, Wardha, Yavatmal, Gondia, Bhandara, Gadchiroli, Washim, or Buldhana will be preferred.
