We are looking for an Area Sales Manager drives regional revenue, manages key hospital accounts, and oversees channel partners. Key focus areas include capital equipment/consumables sales, infection control compliance, and stakeholder relationship building for our Pharma vertical (www.allianceformulations.com) and the brand is www.algardcare.com.

- Location : Multiple (Delhi / Mumbai /Pune /Guwahati /Bangalore / Hyderabad /Kolkata)

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Sales and Marketing is a robust plus.
- Experience : This position requires 3 - 6 years in industry (only from Medical device/disinfectant)

- Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets for capital sterilization units, high-level disinfectants (HLD), and hygiene consumables.




- Key Account Management: Build strong ties with hospital administrators, procurement teams, Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) staff, and infection control committees.
- Tender & Institutional Business: Handle government and private healthcare tenders, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Channel Management: Coordinate with local distributors and channel partners to ensure product availability, secondary sales tracking, and timely collections.
- Clinical Promotion: Organize product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions with clinical specialists, institutions, hospitals, industries etc.
