We are looking for an Area Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client locations within an assigned area. The role involves ensuring smooth site operations, coordinating with site teams, handling client requirements, monitoring service quality, and supporting operational excellence across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple sites (parking, valet, and client locations).
- Monitor site performance and ensure compliance with operational standards and SLAs.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Valets, and Attendants to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
- Support client interactions and address operational concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor attendance, staffing, and workforce deployment across assigned sites.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Deployment, Tech, and Accounts teams for operational support.
- Prepare and share operational reports as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in operations, facility management, hospitality, logistics, parking management, or a related field.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and field operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned locations.
