Policybazaar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to lead and drive field sales operations in Thiruvananthapuram. Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.

Drive sales performance by ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned business targets.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programmes, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.

Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.

Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.

Ensure compliance with organisational policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines.





Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the territory.

Eligibility

Criteria

Graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution.

Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.

Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams.

Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of the Thiruvananthapuram and surrounding Kerala market.

Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.
