Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods) business in the assigned area
- Identify and onboard eligible exporters/manufacturers under the EPCG scheme
- Educate clients about EPCG benefits, eligibility, and compliance requirements
- Provide banking and financial solutions linked to capital goods import/export needs
- Ensure proper documentation, timely processing, and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to deliver solutions
- Track performance, report on area progress, and meet business targets
- Stay updated on DGFT guidelines, EXIM policies, and EPCG scheme changes

Requirements:

- 4–8 years of experience in trade finance, EXIM banking, or EPCG-related roles




- Strong understanding of EPCG scheme, foreign trade policy, and export financing
- Good knowledge of banking products related to export/import business
- Excellent communication, client handling, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel across the assigned area
