Role Description This is a full-time, Architect/ Interior Architect role based in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for developing concepts, preparing design drawings and detailed layouts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained across all project stages. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing presentations and 3D visualizations with the team, collaborating with consultants and contractors, and supporting site supervision to address design-related queries.

Qualifications Candidtaes should have minimun 1 yr work experience Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.





Candidates should possess Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and oversee project deliverables.

Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with basic 3D visualization capabilities.

Candidates should possess solid communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a small, multidisciplinary team.

Experience in residential, commercial, or interior architecture projects and knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices will be beneficial.
