Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design solutions across architecture, interiors, landscape, and decor. Daily tasks include collaborating with design and build teams, meeting clients to understand requirements, and translating needs into functional, aesthetically aligned designs.

The role involves overseeing project documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, budgets, and coordination with contractors and consultants. The Architect will participate in design reviews, contribute to material and finishes selection,



and support the delivery of turnkey projects from planning to execution.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed plans aligned with project requirements.

Experience with Project Management, including coordination of timelines, resources, and stakeholders for design and build projects.

Familiarity with Integration of design elements across architecture, interiors, landscape, and decor to create cohesive spaces.

Proficiency in relevant architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and ability to produce explicit technical drawings and 3D visualizations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution, with required local professional registrations or eligibility.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies applicable to projects in New Delhi and surrounding regions.

Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
