Roles & Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects from concept to execution.

Prepare design concepts, presentations, and detailed working drawings.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Review architectural drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Guide junior architects and design teams.

Participate in design reviews and client presentations.

Coordinate statutory approvals and authority submissions where required.

Ensure compliance with NBC, local bye-laws,



and safety regulations.

Required Skills

B.Arch from a recognized university.

3–6 years of architectural design and execution experience.

Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

Revit

SketchUp

Lumion / Enscape

Photoshop

MS Excel & PowerPoint

Excellent detailing and working drawing skills.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience handling multiple projects independently.

Knowledge of project planning and execution.

Experience in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Familiarity with BIM workflows is an advantage.
