The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing premium residential projects and the ability to translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.

Responsibilities N

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential projects.

- Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documents.
N
- Coordinate with clientsto understand their requirements and present design solutions.
N
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior, and project execution teams.
N
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
N
- Conduct site visits andprovide design support during project execution.
N
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
N
- Meet project timelines while maintaining high design standards.
N





Qualificationsnn
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
N
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential architectural design (mandatory).
N
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
N
- Solid design, visualization, and presentation skills.
N
- Excellent communicationand client handling abilities.
N
- Knowledge of Kerala building rules and construction practices is preferred.
N
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications Nn
- Experience in luxury residential villa design.
N
- Experience coordinatingwith multidisciplinary project teams.
N
- COA (Council of Architecture) registration preferred.
