Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and translating client requirements into functional, aesthetic designs for institutional, industrial, and residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include site visits, feasibility studies, coordination with structural, MEP, and construction teams, and ensuring designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

The role involves preparing detailed construction documentation, reviewing contractor work, and participating in client meetings to present design options and incorporate feedback.



The Architect will collaborate closely with project managers to monitor progress, manage design changes, and maintain quality, timelines, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concept designs, detailed layouts, and construction drawings.

Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, scheduling, and overseeing design implementation on-site.

Familiarity with Integration of architectural designs with structural and MEP systems to ensure cohesive and practical project delivery.

Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools) and basic understanding of software development or digital tools used in design workflows is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensing is preferred.

Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in India, especially in Madhya Pradesh.

Strong visual, spatial, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to solve design and site-related challenges.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with clients, consultants, and site teams in a clear and professional manner.
