Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Indore. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating design activities across project phases. Daily tasks include meeting with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, translating functional needs into architectural solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role involves close collaboration with engineers, contractors, and consultants to oversee integration of design elements, monitor project progress, and address design-related issues during execution. The Architect will also support project documentation, assist in cost and material estimates,



and contribute to design reviews and quality checks.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of technical drawings.

Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration-related skills where relevant to building information modeling (BIM), design tools, or technology-enabled workflows.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking of design deliverables and timelines.

Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and familiar with local building codes and regulations.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field, along with relevant professional experience in architectural projects, is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to project needs and client expectations is required.
