As a Medical Billing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the medical billing process through backend operations and customer communication while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of tasks.
Responsibilities
Process and review medical billing records with accuracy.
Perform backend medical billing operations and documentation.
Handle customer interactions related to billing when required.
Verify patient and insurance information.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
Continuously improve knowledge of healthcare billing processes.
QualificationsEducation
Graduate (Freshers Welcome)
OR
12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
Skills
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer proficiency
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to work night shifts
