Responsibilities The In-Line Hold Baggage Handling System (ILHBS) is an advanced, automated system designed for multi-level security screening of checked-in baggage. Integrated with the airport’s Baggage Handling System (BHS), ILHBS ensures productive and secure baggage processing. As a Screener, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring this system to ensure compliance with security protocols and smooth baggage flow.
Training Provided The company will provide mandatory training to equip you with the necessary skills: AVSEC Induction Training: 5 Days
Basic AVSEC Training: 14 Days
ILHBS pre-course: 3 Days
DGR CAT 12: 2 Days (Dangerous goods regulations)
ILHBS Certification: 3 Days Qualifications Eligibility Criteria:
- Trainee Screener (Apprentice) Education: Any Graduate
Graduation Year: 2025/26 pass-outs only
Conversion from Trainee (Apprentice) to Supervisor on FTA rolls on successful completion of Basic AVSEC & ILHBS certification from BCAS
