1. Job Purpose

Support the Analytics Manager in maintaining and analyzing cabin crew performance data, ensuring accuracy and easy access for stakeholders. Assist in the creation and upkeep of dashboards and reports, while helping identify trends and insights to support continuous improvement in cabin crew performance.

1. Key Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

.

- Maintain and regularly update Data containing performance of Cabin Crew
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting data
- Regularly update multiple stakeholders for data collection and ensure timely, accurate updates
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requirements as needed
- Work with management teams to extract actionable insights from the dashboards and analyze data
- Assist in dashboard development (Power BI / Excel dashboards/ Powerpoint)

Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement

- Support teams for improvement initiatives related to performance monitoring tools, trackers, and systems.
- Support testing and rollout of digital or automation initiatives linked to performance monitoring.




- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

1. Educational and Experience Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Experience

Hands-on experience on MS Excel

Robust attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset

Proven ability to learn quickly and work proactively with minimal supervision

Exposure to operational, regulatory, or compliance-related reporting environments.
