1. Project Manager

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end planning, governance, delivery, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and go-live readiness for the insurance billing migration project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
- Coordinate business, IT, Guidewire, , data migration, QA, finance, and operations teams.
- Own project governance, steering committee updates, delivery plans, and escalation management.
- Manage mock migrations, cutover planning, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Track readiness across configuration, integrations, data migration, reconciliation, testing, and business sign-off.

Experience Required:





- 10-15+ years in IT/project delivery.
- 5+ years managing insurance transformation or platform migration projects.
- Experience with billing, policy admin, finance, or data migration projects.
- Prior Guidewire or insurance core platform experience preferred.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Insurance domain certification is a plus.
