Position: Factory Head / Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily factory operations and manage production across all shifts.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, and production teams for effective operations.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources while minimizing downtime.
- Monitor production records, KPIs, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership/plant management experience.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, factory operations, and team management.
- Good understanding of quality systems, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems; experience in building materials or similar manufacturing industries preferred.Role & responsibilities
