Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Digital Marketing Executive/Growth Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving organic and inbound leads through various digital channels while contributing to the company's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through organic and performance marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google campaigns.
- Create engaging content and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead conversion.
- Build and manage lead databases and marketing funnels.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Proven experience in generating organic and inbound leads.
- Positive understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Canva, or similar marketing platforms.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives.
