About the Role

Novaris Talents is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B lead generation and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Research and connect with potential clients across target industries.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM/Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter,



or other lead generation platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
