Job Title: Regional Head

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Head who will be responsible for region the operations and growth of the company in their designated region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving business growth and managing a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Region the day-to-day operations of the region, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the region that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve targets and improve overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,



as well as local regulations.
- Monitor regional performance through regular reporting and analysis, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Collaborate with other Regional Heads and the Managing Director on company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
