About the opportunity

EOXS is hiring 10 interns from gaming backgrounds.

We believe serious gamers often develop valuable abilities such as strategic thinking, problem-solving, resilience, teamwork, rapid learning, leadership, and decision-making under pressure.

However, gaming experience alone is not enough. We are looking for candidates with strong intent, discipline, ownership, honesty, and the motivation to build a meaningful career.

This is not a conventional internship where candidates are selected only through academic qualifications or previous work experience. You will get the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities by working on real business problems.

What you will do

Selected interns will receive access to the EOXS task board, containing real assignments from departments such as:

- Sales
- Product
- Marketing
- Artificial intelligence and automation
- Customer success
- Research
- Business operations

You will be able to choose tasks based on your interests and strengths.

Each task will have:

- A clear objective and expected output
- A deadline
- Defined evaluation criteria
- A separate performance incentive

Your progress, decisions, blockers, submissions, and performance will be tracked through task logs on the EOXS platform.

Who should apply
