THE GALGOTIAS HOTEL is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Stewards/Waiters to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service in our restaurant, banquet, and room service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper table setup before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and banquet areas.
- Clear and reset tables after guest departure.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Follow all hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
- Assist during banquet functions, conferences, and special events.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (Diploma in Hotel Management preferred).
- 01-03 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafs, or banquet operations.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed with a skilled appearance.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant etiquette is preferred.
- Candidates residing in Gurugram or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
