- Lead operation & maintenance of utility systems including refrigeration (Ammonia/Freon), boilers, air compressors, HVAC, WTP, ETP, fire hydrant systems, pumps, and cooling towers.
- Prepare and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability.
- Manage troubleshooting, breakdown analysis, and corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean initiatives within utilities and plant engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, ISO and environmental standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, statutory audits, etc.).
- Plan and execute CAPEX/engineering projects within budget and timelines.
- Monitor KPIs for downtime, energy, spare consumption, and maintenance performance.
- Lead vendor management for AMC, spare procurement, repair contracts, and service utilities.
- Drive OPEX optimization and implement cost-saving & energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain CMMS/ERP entries and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Lead & develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team to achieve high performance culture. & responsibilities
