Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of Solar PV and BESS projects from mobilization to commissioning.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Manage EPC activities, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, budget, quality, risks, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, utilities, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
- Drive testing, commissioning, punch-point closure, and project handover.
- Prepare project MIS reports and present progress updates to senior management.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in utility-scale Solar PV and BESS project execution.
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, substations, SCADA, transmission, and grid connectivity.




- Excellent project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
