Role Title : Visual Designer

Primary skills :

Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and digital marketing platforms.

Design Skills: Advanced proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and Sketch. Experience with Figma is a plus.

UI/UX Design: Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, wireframing, and prototyping. Experience with tools such as InVision, Figma, or Marvel for prototyping and collaboration.

Responsive Design: Expertise in creating responsive and adaptive designs for websites and mobile apps, ensuring they function smoothly across a wide range of devices and screen sizes.

Branding & Visual Communication: Exceptional visual communication skills with the ability to create designs that align with brand identities and deliver clear messaging.

Motion Design: Experience with motion graphics or basic animation using After Effects or similar software is a plus.

Web Development Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks, allowing for better collaboration with developers.

Photography & Video Editing: Experience with basic photography and video editing for creating content and assets for digital projects is a bonus. Adobe Creative Suite: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign for creating digital designs, layouts, and assets.

Figma/Sketch: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools for collaborative design and wireframing.

Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for managing tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing digital experiences across multiple platforms, including websites, apps, and digital marketing materials. As a Senior Digital Visual Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects, creating cutting-edge visual concepts, and ensuring that design standards align with our brand identity and strategic goals

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Design Creation: Lead the design of compelling digital experiences, including websites, mobile applications,



and marketing assets such as banners, emails, social media graphics, and more.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all digital design work aligns with and strengthens the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all platforms.

Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that provide a seamless user experience.

Creative Direction: Take a leading role in shaping the visual direction for projects, from initial concept through to final execution, guiding the design team in the process.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Create prototypes and wireframes for websites, apps, and other digital products to communicate design ideas and functionality clearly to development teams and stakeholders.

User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles to create visually attractive, functional, and accessible designs that prioritize the end-user experience.

Design Review & Feedback: Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to meet project objectives and brand requirements.

Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and elevate the quality of the design team’s work.

Stay Current: Keep up with the latest digital design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and push the boundaries of digital design.

Certifications (if any)
