The 1-Year Specialized Training :
To ensure your success in Japan, selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 1-year residential training program at our center in Hosur, Tamil Nadu:
Months 1 3: Intensive Japanese Language Basics (JFT-Basic / JLPT N4 preparation).
Months 4 12: Electrical Construction Fundamental Training & Hands-on Practical Sessions.

Long-Term Career & Benefits in Japan (5+ Years)
After successfully passing your language and technical exams, you will be deployed to Japan. This program offers a secure, long-term career path where you can live and work in Japan for 5 years or more!

Salary & Compensation
Base Monthly Salary: Minimum 1,32,000 per month (Approx. 1.2 Lakhs+) after successful placement.
Annual Pay Raise (Wage Increase):
Every April. Increased based on experience (Guideline: Approx. 7,700 INR / 14,000 JPY per month increasearound 6% of base salary).
Bonuses: Paid twice a year in July and December. Minimum 1,10,000 / 200,000 JPY or more per payout (subject to company performance).
Working Hours & Schedule in Japan
Shift Details: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Actual Working Hours: 7 hours 30 minutes per day (With a 90-minute rest break).
Work-Life Balance: Average 5 days a week (~22 days/month | 264 days/year).
Course & Admission Details :
Age Limit: 18 30 Years (Strictly enforced for visa requirements).
Mandatory Screening: Candidates must pass an English Test and a Physical Test on the day of enrollment.
