Job Summary:
TV Rheinland is looking for an experienced Manager HSE, Quality & Process Excellence to drive Integrated Management Systems (IMS), process improvement, compliance, audits, and operational excellence across the IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa) region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001).
- Drive process optimization, KPI tracking, and documentation.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and ensure compliance.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for HSE and quality issues.
- Monitor third-party contractor compliance.
- Support implementation of digital IMS solutions.
- Conduct training and awareness programs on Quality, HSE,
Data Protection, and Information Security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality, HSE, and Integrated Management Systems.
- Robust knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).
- Experience in internal/external audits, process improvement, and risk management.
- Knowledge of regional regulations (India, GCC & Africa) is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
