Summarized Purpose:

We are seeking an Sr IT Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- 7 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI/ML platform development
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments preferred

Major Job Responsibilities:

- Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions and enterprise integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities and use cases
- Develop architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI solutions
- Lead implementation of machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven applications
- Define integration patterns for APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development and engineering teams
- Support deployment automation, monitoring, and optimization of AI platforms and services

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:





- Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies and solution architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns
- Proficiency in Python and up-to-date AI/ML frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Must Have Skills:

- AI/ML solution architecture expertise
- Experience with generative AI and LLM-based applications
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- API and microservices architecture
- Python programming and AI/ML frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
- Experience with DevOps/MLOps and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with vector databases and AI search technologies
- Exposure to data engineering and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Healthcare/Life Sciences domain knowledge preferred

Working Hours:

- India: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
- Philippines: 03:30 PM to 12:30 AM PHT
