Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Permanent Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for both Permanent and C2H positions
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles
- Manage candidate lifecycle including screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and offer closure




- Ensure quick turnaround time and maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, etc.)
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of IT talent
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong experience in Permanent Staffing and C2H hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
