The opportunity

Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, a part of Information Security which, enables over 400,000 individuals across 140+ countries to access systems and information securely. As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, including but not limited to security for, a complex Active Directory (AD) environment, hybrid cloud deployment, mobile computing, policy driven security, SSO, identity lifecycle management, and federation focusing on multiple protocols.

Your key responsibilities

IAM Application and Tool Support Coordinator drives operational activities to ensure the activities for the IAM-Identity Operations meet Information Technology (IT) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational requirements, standards, policies and quality controls.



The role supports the use of Industry or vendor recognized frameworks and tools to perform assigned directives aligned to IAM Services goals. The role is generally guided by the IAM Application and Tool Support Lead, acts as counselor, and collaborates with peers across IAM and EY Technology functions to manage day to day work within the team.

- Manage internal operations and evaluate all support procedures to ensure alignment with all applicable standards and policies.
- Coordinate with relating teams and perform troubleshooting on identity data to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members to identify, analyze and resolve data and process issues
- Drive the priority and time management of team efforts to support/resolve assigned activities and communicate results and findings to end users and management as necessary.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with other stakeholders/departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives for high quality service delivery.
- Operate ad hoc or reusable agents, scripts and reports developed by EY and third parties
- Lead and contribute to delivery of solutions that drive standardization, automation and consolidation/centralization in support of other operational teams and customers
- Create and execute employee training (including knowledge transfer through documentation and learning sessions)

Able to support peers within IT teams in cooperative activities as well as effectively support training and mentoring assignments to IAM Administrators and others as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communicationskills in the English language to effectively work with end users, IT peers and stakeholders globally.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, basic understanding in creating dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI to design and develop applications using Power Apps.

To qualify for the role you must have

- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of Identity Provisioning, Security Administration, or Compliance Management experience in support of IT products and services.
- Working knowledge of large IT organization operations with experience in IAM including related technologies, access control, request-authorization frameworks and best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsofts Active Directory and basic knowledge of MS Outlook/Exchange, Teams, SailPoint IIQ and Windows File Share access to support user/group provisioning and effectively troubleshoot/resolve core user identity and access issues.
- Interest in AI (particularly MS Copilot) and machine learning applications in data analytics and knowledge in basic programming (e.g., PowerShell, Python, R) are advantageous.

Ideally, youll also have

- ITIL Certification and experience using ServiceNow support workflows
- Advanced knowledge of EYs desktop environment (PC applications, standard software, mobile devices, network, servers and general connectivity) as well as security access functions.
- Basic knowledge on Azure AD, Forefront Identity Management (FIM) / Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web Single Sign-on (SSO)
