Job Requirement:

- 12+ years in BPO operations, Fice Accounting services (Automotive domain added advantage)

- 5+ years in senior leadership or directoru2011level roles, leading large-scale global operations of 700+ FTEs.

- Strong experience in multiu2011tower delivery, goverce, contract negotiations, and operational excellence.

- Deep expertise in digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and ERP/platform modernization ( SAP).

- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in managing RFP''s, RFQ''s, budgets, revenue, and profitability.

- Available to work in UK hours.

- Leads global, multiu2011tower operations for 1000+ FTEs, driving strategic execution, performance stability, and resource optimization across delivery locations.

- Spearheads digital transformation initiativesincluding automation, AI, analytics, and ERP modernizationto improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Manages endu2011tou2011end ficial goverce, ensuring commercial discipline, profitability, and strong executiveu2011level client partnerships while supporting business growth.

- Builds organizational capability by developing leaders,



strengthening succession pipelines, and fostering a highu2011performance culture focused on accountability and innovation.

- Ensures smooth functioning by overseeing operations teams.

- Participates in organizational initiatives and discussions for growth and development.

- Ensures optimal staffing and spearheads recruitment and training strategies.

- Works closely with the leadership to develop and implement strategy to achieve departmental objectives and targets.

- Oversees ficial functions for the team and drives ficial efficiency for the team.

- Supports business development by participating in business development initiatives and discussions with internal stakeholders and clients.

- Represents team in leadership and client meetings.
