Role & responsibilities

Customer Visits: Conduct regular field visits to customers to collect payments and remind them of upcoming or overdue dues.

Payment Follow-Ups: Perform timely follow-ups through calls and personal visits to ensure consistent collections.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection-related transactions and customer interactions.

Negotiation: Work with customers facing financial hardship to create and agree on viable repayment plans.

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on collection activities and outstanding accounts.

Compliance:



Ensure all collection activities adhere to company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the Collection Department, in line with company policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MFI (Microfinance Institution) collections preferred.

Familiarity with collection software is an advantage.

Basic proficiency in office applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
