- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications for payroll, benefits, compensation, and core HR processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud products such as Global Payroll, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Time & Labor Management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-9 years of experience in Techno Functional role with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Payroll) module.
- Robust understanding of Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Core HR concepts.
- Experience working on large-scale implementations or upgrades of Oracle HCM Cloud products.
