Deputy Manager (Talent Acquisition & HR)

Role Summary:

The Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition & HR is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operations. The role focuses on attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent, collaborating with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical and HR interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

HR Activities





- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure documentation compliance.
- Assist in HR policy implementation and employee communication.
- Work closely with business leaders and HR teams on workforce planning and other HR initiatives.

Required Skills

- Robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience hiring for IT and non-IT roles.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to general HR activities.

Experience using ATS and HRMS platforms is preferred.
