Designation Account Manager

Job Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's financial records, statutory compliance, taxation, banking, and financial reporting. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
- Prepare and verify sales, purchase, journal, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Handle E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, and GST reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors,



banks, and government authorities.
- Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
- Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
- Support payroll accounting and salary reconciliation.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Management.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience

- 4–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
