We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions for various client and internal projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in RPA tools, process analysis, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver scalable and reliable automation solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath or other automation platforms.
- Create detailed solution design and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feasibility assessments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability.
- Ensure best practices are followed for security, logging, and bot management.
- Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging RPA tools, and new automation technologies.

Required Qualifications

- bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.




- Proven experience in end-to-end RPA solution delivery, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in UiPath, including bot development, enhancement, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath REFramework, Orchestrator, Studio, and StudioX.
- Solid understanding of process analysis, RPA design principles, and solution architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Python, SQL, or REST API integrations is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies in automation delivery.

Soft Skills
