Role Overview:

Potentiam is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently manage end-to-end technical hiring across multiple business units.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role, requiring strong ownership, execution excellence, and the ability to deliver niche and business-critical hiring mandates within a structured recruitment environment.

The role is focused on Domestic India recruitment, handling end-to-end hiring for technology and business-critical roles.

Duties & Responsibilitie:

- Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle within the Domestic India market.
- Independently close niche, critical, and business-impact technology positions.
- Drive proactive sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping initiatives.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage recruitment SLAs, offer conversions, and candidate joining outcomes.
- Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring delivery.




- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Abilities

- Solid experience in end-to-end technical recruitment within the Domestic India hiring market.
- Proven track record in closing niche and business-critical technology roles.
- Experience in structured, process-driven Talent Acquisition environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruitment skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM systems, interview scheduling tools, and recruitment dashboards.
- Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms is an advantage.
- Data-driven mindset with adaptability to structured operating models.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
