Job Title: Manager E-commerce (Flipkart Process)

Salary: 28,000 – 35,000 (In-Hand) per month + Incentives/Variables

About the Role

JGS is looking for a skilled and proactive Manager to independently handle Flipkart seller accounts for our clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Flipkart Seller Hub, account health parameters, listing optimization, and advertising, with a strong willingness to keep up with the platform's evolving policies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end seller accounts on Flipkart Seller Hub for multiple clients
- Monitor and maintain account health score; resolve flags, policy violations, and compliance issues promptly
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings for visibility and conversion
- Plan and execute Flipkart Ads (advertisement/promotional campaigns) to drive sales
- Stay updated with Flipkart Seller Central policy changes, new features, and platform updates
- Handle customer queries, returns, and CRM-related activities to maintain seller ratings
- Track key account metrics (orders,



returns, ratings, ad performance) and report regularly to management
- Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, operations, finance) for smooth account functioning
- Guide and manage a small team handling day-to-day account operations
- Identify growth opportunities for client accounts and suggest strategies for scaling sales

Required Skills

- Hands-on working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and account operations
- Strong understanding of account health metrics and how to maintain/improve them
- Experience with Flipkart listing creation, optimization, and advertisement tools
- Basic to intermediate CRM handling for customer/seller interactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to frequent platform updates and policy changes
- Team handling and coordination capability
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Flipkart seller account management
- Prior experience in an e-commerce service provider/agency setup preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
