- Conduct pre-formulation studies on raw material and excipients.
- Responsible for formulation and process development of oral tablet and capsule formulations.
- Design and execute formulation trials, analytical testing and evaluate stability data to finalize formulation composition.
- Develop manufacturing processes for R&D; formulations.
- Support technology transfer from laboratory scale to production scale.
- Assure that all formulation and process development activities are documented in the notebook as per company procedures .
- Prepare/review specifications for products and packaging components.
- Prepare master formulas, manufacturing procedures, stability protocols/reports, process validation protocols/reports, Product Development Reports.
- Prepare PRN, PO and arrange the raw materials for trials purpose.
- Maintain the lab equipment (Tablet and capsule).
