About the Role
We are looking for Catalog expert to take complete ownership of website listings, ensuring quality and compliance with Treebo listing policies, maintaining listing order, and conducting audits, managing reviews and ratings, price checks, etc.
The person needs to possess valuable communication skills, attention to detail, quick execution and proactivity. Should lead daily BAU ops tasks,
which are a key input for daily business production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily operation tasks according to SOP
- Upload and maintain listings on the website utilising internal tools
- Ensure image quality and content quality if every listing goes live
- Communicate and coordinate with field teams for listing input
- Conduct regular audits to maintain listing quality
- Train fellow team members as and when required on task execution
- Take ownership of listing order change and maintenance
- Review generation for listings and regulate quality standards
- Maintain and create Google Business listings
- Escalation handling
Requirements:
1-3 yrs of experience in Catalog management, product listing, image audits.
Good communication and writing skills
Previous work experience in maintaining listings (previous travel experience is a plus)
Should be able to take ownership of one's tasks
Previous knowledge of Google listing management is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
