- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance policies.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in inside sales or BPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil language (written & spoken).
- Ability to handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and services.
