We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager to strengthen our Agency Channel business. The role involves recruiting and developing Insurance Advisors, driving sales performance, and building long - term business relationships.
Roles Responsibilities
- Recruit quality Insurance Advisors and help them establish their business.
- Guide advisors in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to improve advisor productivity.
- Build a robust advisor network within the assigned territory.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and annual business goals.
- Maintain healthy relationships with advisors and customers.
- Track sales performance and implement action plans for improvement.
- Contribute to overall branch growth and market expansion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Pharma, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence people.
- Willingness to work in a target - driven environment.
