Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Enterprise Sales and B2B Sales for the Jalandhar region: industrial compressors and other industrial machinery
- Visit factories across the territory to generate and identify potential leads
- Align and schedule meetings with key decision-makers at target companies
- Qualify leads and work towards closing deals within the assigned territory
- Coordinate joint meetings with the core sales team to support and guide deal closures with customers
- Manage the complete client relationship from first contact to after-sales support
- Act as the primary point of contact for the territory, escalating issues/support requirements to the core sales team as needed
- Take ownership of the entire Jalandhar territory driving both new business and repeat/referral business
- Maintain regular reporting on leads, visits, and pipeline status to management

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of the Jalandhar industrial area and its key manufacturing hubs
- Prior experience in Industrial Components / Industrial Machinery sales strongly preferred




- Customer Relationship Management should be good
- Strong objection-handling skills; comfortable negotiating and closing under pressure
- Candidates from the industrial/engineering products sales background will be prioritised
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and hungry to grow within the sales function
- Valuable communication skills in Punjabi/Hindi; working English is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
- Basic machinery and industry knowledge (or strong willingness to learn on the job)
